Why Choose PSPS?
We are dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of the plumbing profession. PSPS Plumbing School was created to ensure this happens. This relentless training is the reason we’re one of the fasting growing plumbing contractors in Georgia.
On average, we hire only 1 out of every 10 plumbers in Georgia who apply to join our plumbing services team. In other words, we don’t hire amateurs or inexperienced plumbers. Thus, due to our intensive training program, each plumber becomes proficient in carrying out plumbing services to the utmost satisfaction of our customers. Additionally, Background checks are performed on all personnel, and all PSPS employees are drug free and wear photo identification. So, where do the 90% that we do not hire go? Somewhere else!
Giving a plumbing or water heater service estimate over the phone is very difficult without the ability to access the issue in-person. More often than not, service estimates given over the phone are severely inflated. The PSPS team prefers to evaluate the job in-person prior to providing estimates in order to ensure an accurate estimate is delivered to our valued customers the first time.
The health and safety of our customers and employees is always our most important priority. With this objective in mind, we continue to evaluate appropriate measures, relying on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The World Health Organization (WHO) and State and Local Public Health Departments for guidance.
The Plumbers With Purpose have always been known to provide clean, efficient, reliable and professional quality service. We also take safety for our customers and employees seriously. We are committed to continuing to provide the services we are known for and do not anticipate any service disruption to our customers at this time. Our employees have been instructed to take precautionary measures to lessen their exposure to limit the possibility of infection.
